The Services provided are:

  • Our R&D center is equipped to carry out various treatability studies on bench scale reactors of different technologies such as UASB, CFIC, EGSB, HYVAB, MBBR, Conventional ASP.
  • Characterization of Water & Wastewater using state of the art equipment and qualified and experienced Chemist in the field of Environmental Sciences.
  • Selection of the most efficient treatment technology at the minimum operating cost after evaluating different feasible treatment options.
  • Processes improvement by conducting study of wastewater on bench scale pilot reactors in R&D Centre.
  • Sludge activity tests to assess viability of biomass culture / seed material.

Physical Tests:

Colour, Conductivity, pH value, Suspended Solids, Settleable Solids Sludge Volume Index, Total Solids, Temperature, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids at 180°C, Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS), Mixed Liquor Volatile Suspended Solids (MLVSS) etc.

Bioassay of Toxic Pollutants:

Toxicity of Industrial Effluent.

Physical Tests:

Acidity, Alkalinity, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chloride, Chlorine Demand, Chlorine Residual, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Dissolved Oxygen, Hardness (Total and Calcium), etc.

Effluent Treatment:

  • Microbiological Treatability of Effluent samples.
  • Determination of Total Microbial Count and the correlation between MLSS and the total microbial count in a sample drawn from the effluent treatment plant.
  • Efficacy of the existing biomass in an ETP and scope for improvement.
  • Biomass Culture Development: Individual assignments Biological removal of colour from the effluent.
